If your boiler requires an expensive part or repair, we will always discuss this with you before we go ahead. No nasty shocks or suprises.
Sometimes though, an old boiler may just need so much spending on it, it just isn’t cost effective. At Koppa Plumbing & Heating we can also quote for new boilers.
Oil Boiler Repair
Unlike Gas Boilers, Oil Boilers are a lot simpler and therefore a lot less to go wrong. A lot of Oil Boiler faults are normally caused by things like water in the oil system and dirt in the burner. A strip down service will often resolve 90% of these issues and just like our Gas Boiler repair service, we have a no-fix, no-fee policy.

At KPH, we have no call-out fee. If we can’t fix it, we don’t charge. It’s that simple.
Do KPH offer free quotations?
Just like our “no-fix, no-fee” policy, we simply do not have silly charges for things like quotations etc.
How fast can you get to me?
At KPH, we will always try and get to you the same day (depending on workload). If you are without heating or hot water, we will always try and get to you the same day. Things like quotations for boiler swaps, new cooker fitting etc may be next day (again, depending on workload).
Is there VAT on your prices?
At KPH, there is no VAT. What you see is what you pay. No nasty surprises.
